Who was he then? And who was he now? On the surface, those questions seemed easy. His name is Koh Liang Soon; ex-Finance Manager. If I’m not mistaken, he joined the organization in October 2008 and have tender his resignation in January 2010. His last working day was on 12th March 2010.
Honestly, my first impression of him is not that good. The main reason could be due to lack of communication. Believe it or not, there is a lots of hidden messages behind the scene that involved. Nevertheless, he's a good guy once you get to know him. Until beginning of this year, we started to have more conversation. Most importantly, we’ve broken the great wall that had built for quite sometimes. Happy to say that our relationship have improved and have better understanding in term of work as well as personal matter; a little . On the plus side, he’s a very hardworking and sometimes it happened to work late in the office until next morning. Aside of that, he’s also sensible and responsible person, no doubt!
Still, there were some things that took getting used to. Be positive; Let go. Look forward to the future, rather than dwell on the past. Nothing is more victorious than having a happy life and living well. It might also improve the energy around you at work on the new environment now.
